Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Owner/Operator, as part of a high performance leadership team, to execute our business strategy
  • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly & quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily & restaurant staffing levels
  • Responsible for inventory management
  • Responsible for the facilities management
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator & team builder
  • Maintains a positive working relationship & treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front & back of the store
  • Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours & lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand & menu items
  • Follow sanitation & safety procedures
  • Maintain regular & consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable & welcome
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies & procedures
